Anionic Collector for Desiliconization in Iron Ore Reverse Flotation
Properties: Brown paste
Description: This product is dark brown paste or liquid, a compound formulation of modified fatty acids and auxiliary agents. Compared with conventional oleic acid, the modified fatty acids strengthen the interaction between hydrophilic groups and minerals, improve flotation activity, and greatly enhance low-temperature resistance. For application, adjust the pulp pH value to 11-12 with sodium hydroxide, and adopt calcium oxide as activator and caustic starch as depressant.
Application Method: Dissolve the product in hot water at around 70℃ to prepare a 2%-5% aqueous solution for later use.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse.
