Using existing lubricating oil injection equipment,the cost of switching from asphaltic semi-fluid grease products to this product is low;
Lower usage rate than grease and less waste oil than asphalt and solvent-based products,helping to reduce lubricating oil consumption and disposal costs;
Contains no solids or asphalt resins,does not produce hard deposits at the gear roots,and reduces downtime and maintenance costs;
Light-colored product,helping to avoid costly cleaning work before gear inspection;
Contains no solvents,helping to avoid potential safety hazards associated with volatile,low-flash-point solvents;

Application scope
Rotary kilns and mills in metal mining,cement,limestone production and sugar mills;
Low-speed,heavy-load sliding and rolling contact bearings;
The conversion from asphalt or grease to Kaiwei OG is simple,requiring no modification to lubricating oil injection equipment.
It is recommended to thoroughly clean the gears to fully utilize the advantage of the light color of these synthetic products;
