Application scope
•ISO VG 150 –680 complies with Siemens (Flender)T7300 A+B specification,and is suitable for Flender helical gears,bevel gears, worm gears and planetary gearboxes;
•ISO VG 320 is specially developed for the lubrication of wind turbine gearboxes manufactured by Hansen,Flender,Rexroth,FAG, etc.,and is recommended for equipment that requires such high-quality lubricants;
•It is applicable to heavy-duty industrial enclosed gearboxes operating under harsh conditions such as high load,extreme temperature and wide temperature range;
•It is suitable for bearings and circulation systems exposed to high temperatures.
Material Compatibility
Compatible with common seal and gasket materials;
For high-temperature applications,nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR),fluorosilicone or vinyl methyl polysiloxane (Q)seals are recommended;
Ordinary industrial coatings will soften in the presence of these products,so the internal surfaces of gearboxes should be unpainted or coated with resistant materials.
