Application Scope
• Metallurgy:Hydraulic systems for coke ovens,blast furnaces,converters,LF ladle refining furnaces,ferroalloy smelting furnaces, ladles,continuous casters,seamless steel pipe hot rolling mills,plate and strip hot rolling mills,section steel hot rolling mills, high-speed wire rod mills,industrial furnaces and centrifugal pipe casters;hydraulic systems for continuous casters and hot rolling mills of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper,etc.
• Other industries:Metal continuous casters,offshore oil drilling platforms,tire molding machines,injection molding machines, glass forming machines,cement rotary kilns,gas generators,as well as robots,food machinery and other applications in fire-hazardous environments.
• Operating temperature:-30–60 ℃
• Operating pressure:Controlled at 70%–80%of the rated pump pressure;recommended for use at ≤25 MPa.
