Features

The product is formulated into an emulsion with a very stable oil droplet particle distribution that provides consistently excellent lubricating properties. The special combination of additives contained therein provides good low foam properties and rust protection. This product has a long service life and a long liquid exchange period, which improves productivity and saves production costs and waste liquid treatment costs.


Product advantages

Highly refined base oil with excellent annealing volatility.

Excellent surface finish and cleanliness.

Optimized surfactants provide good wetting and emulsion stability.

Special passivation additives ensure that the metal surface is not stained after machining.

Special emulsifier provides excellent stability in hard water environments.

Applications

Suitable for large, medium and small pulls of various copper wires.

Suitable for roll forming of various copper strips.
