Features and Benefits
• Excellent detergency and dispersancy:Effectively reduces and removes deposits on cylinders and pistons.
• Excellent thermal oxidation stability:Effectively prevents the formation of high-temperature deposits.
• Excellent oxidation resistance ,corrosion resistance and fast acid neutralization rate:Unique high-base naphthenate technology can effectively neutralize strong acids produced by combustion of high-sulfur fuel ,significantly reducing corrosion and wear of cylinders and pistons.
• Excellent diffusion property:Quickly forms a protective lubricating film inside the cylinder.
• Excellent anti-wear property:Maintains sufficient oil film strength under high temperature and high pressure to prevent cylinder scuffing and seizure of piston rings and cylinder liners.
Application Scope
• DCA5025 is suitable for cylinder lubrication of low-speed two-stroke crosshead marine diesel engines operating on fuel with sulfur content below 0.1%.
• DCA5040 is suitable for cylinder lubrication of low-speed two-stroke crosshead marine diesel engines operating on fuel with sulfur content of 0.5–2.5%.
• DCA5070 is suitable for cylinder lubrication of low-speed two-stroke crosshead marine diesel engines operating on fuel with sulfur content above 1.5%.
• DCA50100 is suitable for cylinder lubrication of low-speed two-stroke crosshead marine diesel engines operating on fuel with sulfur content above 1.5%.
Please also comply with the engine OEM requirements during use.
