Features and Benefits
• Provides lubrication ,wear reduction and load-bearing protection ,forming a stable oil film on heavy-duty friction pairs such as bearings,crankshafts and crossheads to prevent wear,scuffing and scoring.
• Excellent demulsibility and water separation capability ,rapidly separating seawater and condensate entering the system to avoid lubrication failure caused by oil emulsification.
• Neutralizes acidic substances and provides corrosion &rust protection.With a certain base number,it neutralizes acids formed by combustion by-products and protects metal components from corrosion.
• High-temperature detergency and thermal-oxidation stability ,inhibiting sludge and varnish formation due to high-temperature oxidation ,keeping the oil circuit clean and extending oil drain intervals.
Application Scope
• Recommended for crankcase lubrication of all types of marine low-speed two-stroke diesel engines.
• Suitable for lubrication of auxiliary equipment such as stern tubes and intermediate bearings.
